SASSA Will Take Services to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions to the community.

SASSA will be rendering providers for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency claimed it is alarmed about the large range of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The aim in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the superior number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is certainly as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no fully functional office focused on service the area daily. The service sassa stage developed for intervention encounters a higher influx of potential beneficiaries, that makes it hard to the Workplace to status sassa attend to all people who take a look at click here a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more sources to enable the servicing of all prospects and enhance access to Social Assistance services,” the agency said.
